Supplements/Medicines/Prescription Products, all sales are final. However, if you come across any issues with your order, please email our team at help@melve.com. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund as these are supplements or pharmaceutical products and by law, they must be used or destroyed once dispatched from the pharmacy.
Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, and credit card information are correct; we are not responsible if an incorrect address is inputted. You must cancel your subscription before you are charged for the following month. Once you have been billed, the product will be shipped within 2-3 business days and can no longer be refunded.
180-day satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of one of our supplements after 180 days of treatment, we offer a no questions asked therapy replacement guarantee. That way, you will be rewarded a discount for our prescription treatment range - where available - or any other treatment offered on our platform. The voucher value will be equal to the price you paid for one of our supplements. This will be honored from date of first delivery.
